Boutons d’acné : s’en débarrasser au plus vite

Contrairement aux idées reçues, les boutons d’acné ne sont pas que juvéniles. Les adultes peuvent aussi en être victimes, notamment sur le visage, une zone fragile propice à leur apparition. L’acné est due à la fluctuation des hormones, à l’utilisation de produits cosmétiques inadaptés ou au stress. Pour éliminer les boutons sans agresser la peau, différentes solutions peuvent être envisagées. 

Acné : quelles solutions en pharmacie ? 

Pour se débarrasser d’un ou deux boutons d’acné disgracieux, les patchs anti-acné peuvent être efficaces. L’acide salicylique ou peroxyde de benzoyle qu’ils contiennent élimine en effet les bactéries responsables de l’apparition du bouton. Ce principe actif stimule également le renouvellement des cellules cutanées. Vous trouverez également des crèmes riches en acide salicylique dans votre parapharmacie et pharmacie de Caraïbes. Appliquez une petite noix de crème sur la zone concernée et laissez poser toute la nuit. Au réveil, nettoyez votre visage avec un produit nettoyant doux. 

Qu’en est-il des remèdes de grand-mère ? 

Pour éliminer un bouton d’acné, utilisez une tomate bio. Gorgée de vitamines A et C et de minéraux, la tomate possède des propriétés naturelles cicatrisantes et nettoyantes. Pour profiter de ses bienfaits, déposez simplement une rondelle sur la zone concernée. Laissez poser 20 minutes environ avant de rincer à l’eau claire. Répétez quotidiennement l’opération jusqu’à ce que le bouton ait complètement disparu. 

Riche en acide ascorbique, le citron est un autre incontournable de la cuisine, très efficace contre les boutons d’acné également. Tamponnez les boutons avec un coton-tige imbibé de jus de citron frais et laissez poser une demi-heure. Rincez ensuite à l’eau claire. Après application du citron, la peau peut picoter, mais cette réaction est tout à fait normale. Lorsque vous avez du jus de citron posé sur le visage, évitez cependant toute exposition au soleil. 

Le vinaigre de cidre permet également de lutter naturellement contre les boutons d’acné. Utilisez-le de la même façon que le jus de citron. Le dentifrice assèche aussi les boutons et accélère leur élimination. Prenez-en une petite quantité sur le bout des doigts et appliquez sur le bouton. Pour une plus grande efficacité, n’hésitez pas à renouveler l’opération trois à quatre fois par jour. 

En matière de soin naturel anti-acné, l’efficacité de la pâte à base d’argile est aussi très connue. L’argile possède des vertus purifiantes, adoucissantes et cicatrisantes en arrêtant la prolifération de la bactérie responsable de la formation du bouton afin d’éliminer l’acné. Pour fabriquer votre pâte, mélangez la quantité d’argile qui vous est indispensable avec un peu d’eau et appliquez le mélange sur la zone à traiter. Rincez à l’eau claire dès que la pâte vous semble sèche. 

Les Do et Don’t pour traiter l’acné 

Essayer de le percer est certes un geste très tentant, mais à éviter. Ce geste favorise en effet la prolifération des microbes et provoque la formation de cicatrices rapidement. Lavez-vous le visage uniquement avec des soins lavants doux au pH neutre. Débarrassez votre peau des excédents de sébum en effectuant régulièrement des gommages doux. 

Pour votre maquillage, privilégiez les produits cosmétiques non comédogènes qui ont l’avantage de ne pas obstruer les pores. Le soir en rentrant, ne négligez jamais les étapes de démaquillage, de nettoyage et d’hydratation de votre peau.
